On 29.09.2025, J. Molner AS's subsidiary The J. Molner Company OÜ concluded a new annex to an indefinite subordinated loan agreement, regarding which a notice was published on 30.09.2025 (link).
In connection with the new annex of the loan agreement, The J. Molner Company OÜ entered into a commercial pledge agreement with the lender on 28.04.2026, under which a commercial pledge in the amount of 3,200,000 EUR is established over the movable property of The J. Molner Company OÜ, securing the lender's claims arising from loan agreements against The J. Molner Company OÜ and J. Molner AS.
The establishment of the commercial pledge does not affect the ordinary use of J. Molner Company OÜ's assets or its day-to-day business operations.
