With the acquisition of Madrid-based consultancy SADE, Izertis strengthens its position in the industrial and energy sectors. The company brings deep expertise in the Oil & Gas market and tailored solutions for pipeline and gas infrastructure management

Last January, Izertis completed an accelerated private placement amongst qualified institutional
investors (both domestic and international), raising €54.1 million and attracting demand of nearly
€74 million (a 2.3-fold oversubscription), with Alkemia Capital, Janus Henderson, Onchena and Grupo Anémona acting as anchor investors, demonstrating the confidence of the institutional market.
