On 14 November 2025, funds managed by QVT Financial LP ("QVT") purchased intheopen market 50,000 shares in Integrated Wind Solutions ASA ("IWS") at a priceofNOK 40.5 per share.
Following the aforementioned transactions, funds managed or otherwise deemedcontrolled by QVT hereafter own a total of 3,799,295 shares in IWS, or 9.5% ofthe registered share capital. QVT's CEO and founder, Dan Gold, is a member ofthe board of directors of IWS.
