THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP S.P.A. RESIGNATION OF DEPUTY STATUTORY AUDITOR ROBERTO SCIALDONEMarina di Carrara, Carrara, 10 March 2026 - The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. ("TISG" or the "Company"), announces that Mr. Roberto Scialdone has resigned, with immediate effect, from his position as Deputy Statutory Auditor of the Company for personal reasons, as expressly indicated in the notice submitted to TISG.
As of today, to the best of the Company's knowledge, Mr. Roberto Scialdone does not hold any shares of The Italian Sea Group S.p.A.
Pursuant to applicable law and the Company's by-laws, the Board of Statutory Auditors remains duly constituted and fully operational. The Company will take the necessary steps to restore the full composition of the Board of Statutory Auditors in compliance with applicable laws and the relevant provisions of the by-laws.
No fees or other compensation are due to Mr. Scialdone in connection with the termination of his office.
