Cambridge Nutritional Sciences plc (the "Company" or "CNS")   Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights   Cambridge Nutritional Sciences plc (AIM: CNSL), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on promoting a personalised and functional approach to health and nutrition, announces that it has allotted 265,480 new ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the trustee of its existing employee benefit trust (the "EBT") at a price of 4 pence each, being their nominal value.   The above issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares will enable the EBT to satisfy employee incentive awards granted to employees of the Company and its wider group.   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is anticipated that the new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, will be admitted to trading on AIM on 2 February 2024 ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 237,950,660 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and that figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
