This update is with respect to our earlier intimation on August 31, 2026 vide acknowledgement no 14090897 regarding appointment of Statutory Auditor. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on August 31, 2026, has appointed M/s G M C A & CO., Chartered Accountants (FRN; 109850W), as Statutory Auditor of the Company for the term of five consecutive Financial Years from FY 2026-27 to the FY 2030-31 and the same has been approved by the members of the company in its Annual General Meeting held today on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
