Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015 , we hereby inform that the members of ISF Limited at the 38th AGM of the Company held on Monday, September 28 ,2026 have approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Verma as Whole Time Director of the Company Subject to Approval of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and appointment of Ruchi Sabharwal as Non Executive Non Independent Director of the Company Subject to allotment of DIN and approval of RBI.
