Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") and further to our intimation dated March 10, 2026 (relating to the Board Meeting approving the name change and the EGM Notice) and our intimation dated April 02, 2026 (relating to the outcome of the 01st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting wherein the Members passed a Special Resolution approving the change in name of the Company), we wish to inform you that the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA"), has approved the change in name of the Company from "Covidh Technologies Limited" to "iSERA Lifesciences Limited", with effect from April 10, 2026.
