Rio de Janeiro, September 8, 2026 - IRB-Brasil Resseguros S.A. (B3:IRBR3) ("IRB(Re)" or "Company") hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that S&P Global Ratings ("S&P") has affirmed IRB(Re)'s 'brAAA' issuer credit rating on Brazil National Scale. The issuer credit outlook remains stable.According to the report issued by S&P, the 'brAAA' rating "reflects the consolidation of its operational and financial recovery following the restructuring initiated in 2020." The agency also noted that the measures implemented by the Company "have resulted in a significant improvement in earnings and a strengthening of its capital position."
