Increase of the share capital of IPAS Indexo and AS INDEXO Banka

Madis Toomsalu, Member of the Supervisory Boards of IPAS "Indexo" and AS INDEXO Banka and former CEO of AS LHV Group, subscribed to 40,000 new INDEXO shares in a private placement at a price of EUR 10.00 per share, investing a total of EUR 400,000 in the Company. A separate notification regarding this transaction has been published in accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.

On 24 September 2026, the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia registered the corresponding increase in the share capital of IPAS "Indexo" by EUR 40,000.

On the same date, the Enterprise Register also registered an increase in the share capital of AS INDEXO Banka by EUR 910,000, based on a resolution adopted by the shareholders' meeting of INDEXO Banka.
