IP Applications to Provide US Telco with Network Management Service

VANCOUVER, Oct. 4 /CNW/ - IP Applications Corp. (TSX-Venture: IPX), a
leading provider of managed IP solutions, today announced the signing of an
Amendment to the existing two-year Agreement with Sage Telecom, Inc. a     
Dallas-based competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC).
Sage required a robust and scalable network management solution to
rapidly identify and resolve Internet service-affecting problems. IP
Applications' network management system (NMS) will deliver real-time
visibility into Sage's network infrastructure. The system will also provide
Sage with business intelligence to help map future products and services.
