Interested Genuine Contractor may collect the Quotation Copy from office of PE or Purchase Section, 59, Agrabad C/A, Chattogram and the Sealed Quotation shall be dropped in the Tender box kept at our same Chattogram office (Purchase Section). Quotations received by fax or through electronic mail shall be sealed-enveloped by the Procuring Entity duly marked as stated in Para 6 of schedule. The Quotation will be opened on the same day and place maintaining the above schedule in presence of bidders (if any).
All terms and conditions will be as per Quotation Copy.
Note:
- If the Quotation cannot be received/opened on the schedule date due to any unavoidable circumstances, the same will be received/opened on the next working day at the same time and place.
- Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the Quotations without assigning any reason to the Quotationer(s).
