Investor Site Visit
Workspace Group PLC has today hosted a site visit for investors. During the visit the Company confirmed that overall occupancy has been stable at 84.1% for the three month period to end September. Further, rent roll has risen to £53.1m ( £52.2m) during the same period and that average rents are now £12.43 psf compared with £12.03psf at the end of the June quarter. Like for Like rents have risen to £12.82psf (£12.54psf).
