In accordance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of PSX

Regulations, we have to convey the following material information:

"The CEO of the Company Mr. Muhammad Asif has resigned from the post Of CEO whereas he shall continue as Director of the Company. The Board in its meeting held today the 26" of February 2026 has accepted his resignation. Further, Mrs. Ayesha Shehryar has resigned as chairperson of the Board and has been appointed as new CEO of the Compariy, subject to approval of the SECP. Furthermore, Mrs. Fiza Zahid has resigned from the post of Executive Director and has been selected as Chairperson of the Board"
