With reference to temporary closure of Veraval Plant unit of the Company situated at Plot/ Phase No. 45/2 at Bhalpara GIDC, tal. Veraval, Dist Gir Somnath, Gujarat - 362266, we wish to update you on the status of the Veraval Plant, which was temporarily halted for necessary repairs or replacement reasons.We are pleased to inform you that the machinery ordered has arrived and is currently under installation. We are also pleased to inform you that to meet the recent pollution norms, company has adopted upgraded technology which will help in reducing the discharge and meet the pollution control norms.We estimate that it will take approximately 30 days to complete these activities and fully resume operations at the plant. We will keep you informed of any further developments or requirements during this process.
