The Company has received a request from Mr. Saeed UR Rehman seeking reclassification of his status from the ''Promoter/Promoter Group'' category to the ''Public'' category pursuant to Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("Listing Regulations").
