In compliance with the relevant provisions of Regulation 42 read with such other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations subject to the provisions of the NCLT Order dated December 18, 2025 along with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the Company hereby inform you that the duly constituted Implementation Committee in its meeting held on Friday, January 09, 2026, had considered, discussed and approved Friday, January 16, 2026, as the Record Date for the following purposes:a) reduction/cancellation and extinguishment of the existing paid-up share capital held by the erstwhile Promoters ('Erstwhile Promoters' shareholding');b) reduction/cancellation and extinguishment of the existing paid-up share capital held by the public shareholders ('Public Shareholding').
