Intimation Of Cut-Off Date For Remote E-Voting And Closure Of Register Of Members & Share Transfer Books For The Purpose Of The 44Th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Pursuant to Regulation 42 and other applicable provision of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform following:1. The Cut-off Date for remote e-voting shall be Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and the remote e-voting period shall be from Saturday, September 26, 2026 (09:00 AM IST) to Monday, September 28, 2026 (05:00 PM IST).2. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company shall remain closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026 to Monday, September 28, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 44th AGM.
