Kiran Doshi, Practicing Company Secretary, Certificate of Practice No. 9890, Peer Review Certificate No. 1977/2022 as Secretarial Auditor, with effect from April 1, 2025, for a period of 5 years and fix their remuneration, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
