Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to intimate that the Company has entered into an Agency agreement with M/s. Weidmann Electrical Technology AG, Switzerland w.e.f. 1st January 2025 for a period of 48 months.
