We would like to inform that today a "BHUMI POOJAN" at new Manufacturing facility at Village Haripura, Taluka Savli, Dist. Vadodara took place in the presence of Independent Director of the Company. The said event took place in order to commence the Civil Work at new Manufacturing facilities for manufacturing to RIP/ RIS transformer condenser graded bushing, out of the IPO proceeds of the Company.
