The Board of Directors of the Company appointed M/s. SIUT and Co., LLP, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors of the Company, for a period of 5 years, from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to the Approval of Members of the Company, at the ensuing 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
