Reference is made to the Financial Calendar update dated 30 April 2026. The
Company continues to work closely with its auditors to finalise the Annual
Report and complete all required procedures.

Accordingly, new dates have been set for publication of the Annual Report for
2025 and this years' Annual General Meeting.

The Company expects to publish the Annual Report for 2025 no later than 17 July
2026.
