The Board of Directors in their meeting held on held on January 29, 2026, approved the payment of an interim cash dividend @ Rs.2.00 per share, that is 20%.

The Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from February 10, 2026 to February 12, 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfers received in order at the offices of our Shares Registrar M/s CDC Share Registrar Services Ltd., CDC House, 99-B, Block B, S.M.CH.S, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi by the close of business on February 9, 2026 or updated on the Central Depository System as per CDC regulations, will be treated in time to establish the entitlement of the 20% Interim Cash Dividend i.e. Rs.2.00 per share.

Shareholders, who for any reason, cannot claim their dividends are advised to contact our Shares Registrar M/s CDC Shares Registrar Services Ltd. to collect / enquire about their unclaimed dividends, if any.

Members whose names are not entered into the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) provided on the website of FBR, despite the fact that they are filers, are advised to make sure that their names are entered into the ATL to avoid higher tax deductions against dividends.

Members are requested to submit a declaration for zakat in the required format and to advise a change in address if any.

Members, who have not yet provided, are once again requested to submit a copy of the Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) to update our records.
