  11 September 2025   Lords Group Trading plc ('Lords', the 'Company' or the 'Group')   Interim Dividend Timetable   Lords (AIM:LORD), a leading distributor of building materials in the UK, today announced its unaudited Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 ('H1 2025' or the 'Period'), in which the Board confirmed that it is recommending an interim dividend of 0.32 pence per ordinary share (the 'Interim Dividend'). The Company wishes to clarify the timetable in respect of the payment of the Interim Dividend.   The Interim Dividend will be paid on 10 October 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19 September 2025.
