Interest in Shares
The Company has been informed that Mr I Parvizi has on 1 November 2006 purchased
6,300,000 ordinary shares in Gold Oil Plc, as a result of which Mr Parvizi will
have an interest in and will be the registered holder of 44,561,818 ordinary
shares of Gold Oil Plc representing 10.71 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
