The Purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by the Company on 17 February 2026 , as announced on 17 February 2026 . Date of purchase: 07 August 2026 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 1,000 Lowest price paid per share: $ 157.4000 Highest price paid per share: $ 158.3500 Average price paid per share: $ 157.9866 The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
