Intelligent Wave and uniXecure Sign Memorandum of Understanding for Security Business Collaboration
Intelligent Wave Inc. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, CEO, Representative Director: Kunimitsu Sato, hereinafter: IWI) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with uniXecure Technology Corporation (Head office: Taipei, Taiwan, Chairman: Jackie Chen, hereinafter: uniXecure), a company engaged in the cybersecurity business in Taiwan, for collaboration in the security field.
IWI and uniXecure aim to promote sales in Southeast Asia, starting with Taiwan, by
integrating IWI's "CWAT", internal information leakage detection and control function and comprehensive log collection function into uniXecure's total security service.

Cyber attacks have increased in recent years, and their methods are becoming more sophisticated every day. In order for companies to protect their own information assets, they need advanced and comprehensive security measures to counter these evolving threats.
From the perspective of protecting critical information, IWI developed the internal information leak prevention solution "CWAT" in 2003, and has supported various companies, especially critical infrastructure companies, in their internal threat countermeasures. On the other hand, uniXecure, a group company of SYSTEX, the largest IT service provider in Taiwan, provides comprehensive total security services to numerous companies and organizations.
In the collaboration, the information leakage detection and control function of CWAT, as well as its comprehensive log collection function, will be integrated into uniXecure's services, promoting sales to companies in Southeast Asia, starting with Taiwan.
