Rikard Nyhrén is joining Intea as the new Head of Asset Management. Rikard will be part of the company’s management team with responsibility for overall asset management.Rikard has extensive experience in senior roles within the property and asset management sector, most recently as CEO of Parmaco AB, and previously as COO of Newsec Property Asset Management AB, where he was also responsible for operations in Denmark for a period, as well as Head of Property Management at Hemsö AB.
