Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Instabank ASA
(the "Company") on 17 August 2026 regarding the exercise of share options and
the resolution to increase the Company's share capital to deliver shares to
option holders.
The share capital increase resolved in connection with the exercise of options
has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and
the Company's new share capital is NOK 464,819,739 divided into 464,819,739
shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
