INITIO ANNOUNCES LITIGATION SETTLEMENT

Dated April 4th 2006 Initio Inc. (INTO) today announced settlement of the previously disclosed litigation which it brought in 2004. The Company will net approximately $950,000 from such settlement after the payment of legal fees and expenses. No further details were released.
