Olsen Ocean Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary ofBonheur, had entered into an agreement with MEAG MUNICH ERGO Asset ManagementGmbH (MEAG) acting on behalf of affiliates of Munich Re Group, for aninvestmentin its wholly owned subsidiary, Fred. Olsen Windcarrier ASA (FOWIC).The initial closing of the transaction materialized today, 3 February 2026. Asecond closing is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.
