Named to CDP’s ”A List” for the third consecutive year and recognized as a Supplier Engagement Leader for two consecutive years. Received a “Prime” status for Corporate ESG Performance in 2025 from ISS Stoxx. Environmental impact and operational excellence Achieved 67% progress towards our SBTi validated Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction goal of 42%. Doubled sustainable product launches year-over-year in 2025, totaling 364. Achieved 100% of our zero waste to landfill goal, which targets more than 50% of in-scope sites achieving zero waste to landfill. People-first culture and safety excellence Achieved a total recordable incident rate (TRIR) of 0.51, 78% better than the industry average.1 Granted equity to approximately 3,600 employees through the company’s Ownership Works program.
