The Management is eva l uating various options. includ i ng starting a new line of business. Network18 Med i a & Investments Limited, the Holding Company, has given a support letter. for t he foreseeable future, to extend any financial support wh i ch may be required by the Company. Conside r ing these factors, the res u lts have been prepared on a going concern bas i s. c The Company has discontinued it's opera t ions, hence there is no separate re portab l e business or geographical segments as per Ind AS 108 "Operating Segments" . d The figures of the last quarter are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year-to-date figu r es up to the third quarter of the respective financ i al years. e The figures for the corresponding previous periods have been r egrouped , wherever necessa, 1 -, to make them comparable.
