Proposed Bonus | Bonus shares of 1 (One) new ordinary share for every 1 (one) ordinary shares held at the Qualification Date, subject to shareholders' approval and regulatory approvals. |
Closure of Register | The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 20stto 24th April 2026. |
Qualification Date | 17thApril , 2026 |
Payment Date | On 26stMay 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 17thApril, 2026 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts. |
Bonus issue allotment date | To be communicated upon completion of necessary regulatory approvals and shareholder approvals at the AGM. |
