Milan, April 29, 2026 - Industrie De Nora S.p.A. ("IDN" or the "Company"), hereby announces that the Company will pay a gross dividend of Euro 0.103 per share to eligible shareholders as resolved today by the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.

Ex dividend date will be on May 18, 2026, record date, pursuant to Article 83-terdecies of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998 ("Consolidated Law on Finance"), on May 19, 2026, and payment on May 20, 2026. Coupon No. 4.

The dividend is Euro 0.103 per share to be paid from the profit for the year shown in the financial statements. The total disbursement, considering the number of treasury shares held by the Company, will be Euro 20.471.158,23, gross of withholding taxes.

The ordinary Shareholders' Meeting minutes will be made available within the terms of law.
