Pursuant to the decision of the General Meeting of the shareholders held on 29 June 2026 for share buyback, the Managing Board of Industrial Holding Bulgaria PLC has appointed Allianz Bank Bulgaria AD as an investment intermediary to service the share buyback.
The maximum number of shares that may be bought in each calendar year as for the buyback period is up to 3% of the registered capital of the Company, which at present amounts to EUR 49 372 292.67, divided into 96 808 417 shares.
