The Board considered and approved the un-audited financial results i.e standalone and consolidated financial results along with Limited Review Report issued by statutory auditors S. Jaykishan, Chartered Accountants for the quarter and half year ended 30-09-2024 as per regulations mandated by LODR, 2015.
