Period Ended | 31st December 2024 |
Proposed Dividend | A Final Dividend of =N=0.80 for every share of 50K, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on the 5th day of June 2025. |
Proposed Bonus | One bonus share for every ten shares held (1 for 10) |
Closure of Register | The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 6th June 2025 to 13th June 2025. |
Qualification Date | 5th June 2025 |
Payment Date | On 25th June 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 5th June 2025 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts. |
E-Dividend Registration | Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar'sE-Dividend Mandate Activation Form,which is also available on the website of the Registrars:www.lancelotregistrars.com,complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks. |
Unclaimed Dividend Warrants and Share Certificates | Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised
