Kindly note that in terms of section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the company has fixed Thursday, 17th September, 2026 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the 60th Annual General Meeting of the company scheduled to be held on Thursday, 24th September, 2026 at 02:00 pm.
