Candidates of the Members of the Board of Commissioner

Herewith informed that the Vice President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner, Mr. I Nyoman Tjager has submitted his resignation from his position in the Company. In addition, the term of office of Mr. Albert Scheuer as the President Commissioner of the Company will be ended.

In relation with the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ('GMS') of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (the 'Company') on Monday, May 22, 2017, and as the implementation of the Good Corporate Governance, the Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces the candidates of the member of the Board of Commissioners of the Company, to be appointed during the Meeting as follows:

Curriculum vitae of candidates of the Board of Commissioners member and candidate of the Board of Directors member of the Company are as follows:

Kevin Gluskie (Candidate of President Commissioners of the Company)
Australian citizen, age 49. Currently, he also serves as member of the Managing Board of HeidelbergCement Group for Asia Pacific regions. He received his Executive Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Simon Subrata (Candidate of Vice President Commissioner - Independent Commissioner of the Company)
Indonesian Citizen, age 53. Previously, until 2000, he was a Corporate Finance of the Company and Directors of several subsidiaries of the Company, and until 2005, he was partner in Ernst & Young Public Accountant Firm. Currently, he also serves as CFO of the Jakarta Archbishop Strada School Foundation and Senior Partner Gan Kapital Group. He has a degree in Economics from Faculty of Economics from University of Indonesia.

Albert Scheuer (Candidate of Member of Board of Commissioners of the Company)
Germany citizen, age 59. Previously, he was President Commissioners of the Company. Currently, he also serves as member of the Managing Board of HeidelbergCement Group. He received his Doctorate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Clausthal, Germany.
