Purusant to the requirements of Regulations 44 (3) of the SEBi ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement ) Regulations 2015, we submit herewith the details of the results of remote e-voting as well as voting during the AGM conduct at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2025 at 10:00 A M . The Resolitons proposed in the Notice of the 33rd AMG were approved by the membrs with requiste majorjity.
