In accordance with Regulation 74 (5) of SEBI ( Depositories and Participants) Regualtions, 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025, based on the certifiacte received from CMS Share Transfer Agent Limited ( RTA), which is enclosed herewith, we hereby confirm that within 15 days of receipts of the securiteis received for dematerilaization :a) The securities comprised in the said Certificate (s) of Security have been listed on the Stock Exchange, and b) The said Certificate (s) after due verification have been mutilated and canclled and the name of the depository has been sustituted in our records as the registered owner.
