With reference to above subject, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company " Code of Conduct to Regulate" read with BSe Circualr No. List/Comp/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from 1st January, 2025 to till the end of the 48 hours after the declaration fo Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2024.The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaraion of the said results. The date of Board meeting to consider, inter alia, Unautied Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ended on 31st December, 2024 shall be intimated separteley in due course.
