The 14th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors of Chongqing Qin'an M&E PLC. reviewed and approved the Proposal on Purchasing Assets by Issuance of Shares and Cash Payment, and Raising Supporting Funds and Related Party Transactions Complying with Relevant Laws and Regulations, along with other proposals related to this transaction.

Following the Company's application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, its shares will resume trading when the market opens on July 11, 2025.
