Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has received from Mr. Bharat Mohta (Promoter Group) regarding his intention to acquire equity Shares of the Company by way of gift through an off-market inter-se transfer between promoter and promoter group without consideration.
