Bonanza Portfolio Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Detailed Public Statement in accordance with teh Provisions of the Regulations 13(4), 14(3) and 15(2) and such other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 as amended, to the public shareholders of the Indian Link Chain Manufacturers Ltd ("Target Company").
