(ITDC) has clarified that the company has not made any announcements regarding the increase in the volume of its ITDC security across Exchanges in the recent past.In a letter dated September 10, 2025, ITDC responded to an email dated September 10, 2025, seeking clarification on the significant increase in the volume of ITDC security across Exchanges.The company stated that it has no information which has become due for disclosure to investors or stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
