Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulation 2015, the trading window for dealing in the companies securities will remail closed for all Designated persons, connected persons, Directors, Promoters and their immediate relatives from 1st July 2026 till 48 hours after the un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 are approved by Board of Directors and made available on the website of stock exchange .
