On (04/19/2021) InCapta, Inc. officially entered discussions for the potential acquisition of Quantix Golf, Inc. Quantix Golf took the golf ball market by storm in 2020 with its launch of two golf ball models developed by their in house world-renowned ball engineer. Quantix Golf is currently sold in all 50 states as well as 11 different countries including Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, and the UAE. In 2020, both Quantix Golf ball models were independently tested via Golf Laboratories against the leading brands and claimed their spots as the two longest USGA conforming balls in golf, as well as the F18 Tour claiming the tightest dispersion ball based on a tour swing speed.
